Recently, attendees at the Los Angeles Auto Show witnessed the introduction of two new RAM 1500 trucks that will be available in 2017: the 1500 Rebel Mojave Sand and 1500 Ignition Orange Sport.
The RAM 1500 Ignition Orange Sport is assuredly an attention-getter. A revival of a previous limited-edition truck, this bad boy features a zesty orange paint and body-color grille surround with black hood decals and badges. The “Copperhead” accent stitching, orange trim and seat panels, as well as orange ram’s-head logos on the headrests continue the theme on the interior. RAM plans to build only 1,500 of this package, which is only offered on the Crew Cab V8 model.
The RAM 1500 Rebel Mojave Sand package presents a Rebel in a more subdued, all-new color, with those same black decals on the hood. Inside, you’ll find black anodized elements on the doors, instrument panels, console and gauge trim ring, as well as all-black seats and gray contrast stitching. Available in both two-wheel and four-wheel drive, only 1,500 of this special edition 1500 Rebel package will be produced.
